Gursikh Visiting Pooja Invites

WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa WaheGuru Ji Ki Fateh

As a Gursikh we are only supposed to center our life around Shabad Guru however, since we live in a society where there are people from every community i am sometimes invited by people for their pooja's (Ganpati) , Havan's , etc

How do we handle such scenarios , making someone understand is really difficult and ultimately they might feel that we are disrespecting their religion or way of living.

Also, sometimes people bring their prasad's in office. As per rehat marayada we are supposed to have Parshad, Bhog being done by Sarbloh Kirpan . How do we handle these sort of situations.

Again i do not disrespect or think that their way of doing thing is not correct or something but we also have to follow instructions provided in Rehat Maryada
