when do these big corporation stop playing with people's lives just for sake of their own profit? There should be huge outrage and protest on this news back home. There should be legal action against companies and companies should pay compensation to families for this or else revoke their operating license.

i beleive in this topic both parties views later on have gone too far subjective, it seems like both mindset either follow one extreme or another, later on in the post..where none of the views is actually parvan in Gurmat. Thanks for your feedback guys. I think we need some serious tech guys who are good at skins to customize this skin for us to something similar we had before, we had to upgrade our forum because of spam issues. Unfortunately the new upgrade comes up with this default skin.

This is hardly sanatan propaganda. This is quite well known fact in the dals. This event was not only confirmed by this nihang singh in Canada but many singhs from dals not just budda dal who live in india as well. Why just because this event is passed around oral traditions, all of sudden is less credible than written in books, articles, news papers? I was just searching through online, came across kamalroop singh blog where he mentions, this is not only oral history of khalsa panth but its actually written out by the people who were in charge of priting press around that time.

This is what he writes. He is hardly sanatan, just surf through his blog. He is staunchly against nihang niddar singh and his followers and self invented word- sanatanism created by these people.

We are not claiming that gurbani is limited to time or age. What we talking here, gurbani mentions yugas, at some places its given an state of mind as shaheediyan pointed out earlier, but at other places yugas are referred as historical time. One simply cannot ignore this fact because its linked with previous avtars, otherwise with that mindset which its only referred to state of mind one will find their buddi pretty inconsistent and contradictory when they read the following gurbani tuk:

I agree with dalsingh101. Contributions of singh sabha cannot be ignored especially raising a voice against caste discrimination happening in puratan samparda's or dera's and also compiling work to give jawab to arya samajis how sikhism is separate dharam than Hinduism. But with that being said, they went to the extremes in insecurity start spreading venom against sainthood in Sikhism, Sri Dasam Granth and various puratan parampara without studying its proper framework claiming them bahamanvaad. Their all time low was segregating nirmale and udasi from the panth because of few bad apples, and stopping parkash of sri dasam granth at darbar sahib and getting ladies to beat jathedar of budda dal in darbar sahib so they can get him out as its against dharam yudh maryada to raise hand against womens.

Fair points kalyug veer thats why we have quality control and we have rules were direct blunt attacks/bold statements against guru maharaj/gurbani will not be tolerated, if any members come across with direct attacks/bold statements please use report feature. But in essence at end of day sikh suppose to follow foot steps of Guru Maharaj. If Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji can bring down demon/dushat like auranzeb with pen when he wrote zafarnama then why cannot his sons/ sikhs use power of pen? I understand guru maharaj ji is samarath, they didn't take asra power of pen but used pen as a form to shake auranzeb when he read zafarnama which ultimately lead to his death, this was done to show us power of pen.

This forum never fails to amuse me at how much bullshit is allowed to be spewed here out of some misguided respect for others' beliefs, no matter how retarded they are.

We don't follow talibanistic approach of banning contoversial views of sikhism of people , we allow debates instead so all the sansa's/doubts of people with such beliefs or new readers can be cleared by scholars like singh2 and others on this forum.

It's easy for people to live and sit in comfort zones/boxes and pretend everything is fine and dandy. If we cannot tackle rss/bjp/islamic propaganda online, how can we tackle them in real life? There was a time, where scholar knights of the panth would challenge rss/arya samajis for debate, now its other way around where rss/arya samajis want to engage for debate and some sikhs instead of engaging with scholarly debate, they flex their muscles around and call sort of names. This seriously make our people look like bunch of insecure sissies who just like hue and cry for banning people with controversial views existence from the internet. If one wants to follow sikhi dharam yudh maryada not mullahs then read this- if you want to tackle propaganda spread with pen against sikhi then use the pen to give answers not the sword. If anti panthic elements use physical force then use the bhaugati not the pen.

Exactly shahaheediyan, all these yugas are historical as well state of mind depending on one's surti. Gurbani supports meta reality based on your surti, and beautiful quote from gurbani posted by shaheediyan veer is witness of this.

Yugas started when this whole sargun parsara came into existence cannot be limited to the time. Satyug then Dwapar then Treta then Kalyug yugas is known as one cycle..after kalyug parlou comes everything gets merge back into ishvar and another age starts- satyug, dvapara, treta and kalyug thats why guru maharaj mentions - ek shiv paie ek gaye ek pher paie ram chandar krishan kaie avtar bhi anek hai ||. But when mahaparloa comes all this sargun parsara merges back into vahiguroo nirankar- ikongkar resosance - sun samadh of nirgun bhram.
